Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Add the half and half and spinach and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
